PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a microorganism immobilized carrier from concentration in a separation screen. SOLUTION: A treatment tank 14 of a waste water treatment device 40 floats a microorganism immobilized carrier 16 inside and is an aerobic treatment tank in which an air bubble is blown from an air diffusing equipment 18. A treated water withdrawing part 42 is immersed in the water, a separation screen 50 is arranged in the vicinity of an inner wall 52 of the treatment tank 14 in face with and parallel with the inner wall 52. The upper part of the treated water withdrawing part 42 in a side view constitutes a circular arc. A stream 62 that climbs over the treated water withdrawing part 42 is easily generated and flows into an area 64 between the inner wall 52 and the treated water withdrawing part 42. The microorganism immobilized carrier 16 present on the surface of the separation screen 50 is rinsed off by the stream.
