PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventing method for an image receiving sheet on which the judgement of whether a latent image is genuine or not can be carried out a plurality of times, the durability and minuteness of the image are not restricted, a specified sensing device is not required and the judgement of whether the latent image is genuine or not can be easily carried out, and also provide an image receiving sheet provided with the forgery prevention function and an image display body using the image receiving sheet. SOLUTION: In a forgery preventing method for an image receiving sheet on which a latent image is added, the image sheet with the latent image formed by utilizing the orientation is used for forming a latent forming layer of the image receiving sheet 1 provided with a latent forming layer 13 and an image layer 12 laminated together on a substrate 11 so that the latent image is visible when visualizing the same through a polarization film 14 and invisible when visualizing the same not through the polarization film.
