PURPOSE:To provide a route display apparatus, for a vehicle, in which the direction to the destination can be recognized easily. CONSTITUTION:The present position and the destination of the vehicle are input to a route operation part 26, a route is retrieved, and the route is stored in a route storage part 28. On the basis of signals of various sensors, the position of the vehicle is measured by a present-position and traveling-direction measuring part 20, and the measurement result is superposed on the map information and displayed on a display part 30. The result is displayed together with the route. At this time, a route display and control part 36 divides the route into parts in which two kinds of different color displayes are performed, and it controls the display in such a way that the color displays flow toward the destination. |
