PURPOSE: A full enclosed die forging apparatus is provided to realize simple structure and simple working as the differential full enclosed die forging apparatus, in which a product having a recessed part on both end surfaces is produced by rushing respective punches from both dies into a cavity formed with a fixed side die and a shifting side die. CONSTITUTION: After oppositely attaching the shifting side die(48) to the fixed side die(17) by advancing a ram(6), connecting members(24... 24), are engaged with both dies(17, 48) by advancing a slide sleeve(45) relatively slidable in the front and the rear parts to the ram(6) to combine both dies and also, in this state, both dies are shifted to the fixed punch(21) side with the slide sleeve(45). Further, the one end side(74) of a link member supported at this center part with the slide sleeve(45) is engaged with the ram(6) side and the other end side(75) is abutted on a receiving member(77) and thus, the shifting speed of both dies integrally shifted with the slide sleeve(45) is constituted so as to make to half of the shifting speed of the shifting side punch(51) integrally shifted with the ram(6).
