PURPOSE: A dielectric ceramic composition for a laminated ceramic capacitor is provided to reduce change of dielectric ratio according to the temperature with high dielectric ratio and to improve reliability even when the thickness of the composition is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric ceramic composition is composed of a barium titanate, rate-earth oxide (however, the rare-earth element is at least one kind selected out of Y, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, and Yb), calcium oxide, and silicon oxide and meets relations that m is from 0.990 to 1.030, a is from 0.5 to 30, b is from 0.5 to 30, and c is from 0.5 to 30 when the composition is expressed by the generalized formula; 100BamTiO3+aRO3/2+bCaO+cSiO2 (where, the coefficients 100, a, b, and c are mol).
