<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garret structure of a unit building which can secure rigidity of a roof truss even if a roof truss panel is omitted. SOLUTION: Plural box-shaped building units 10, 20 are combined, and plural roof panels 6 are obliquely arranged between the eaves edge part of the upper surface of the uppermost story building unit 20 and the tip of a bundle 5 erected on the ridge side part of the upper surface of the building unit 20. An intermediate beam 30, one end of which is joined to the vicinity of the base end of the bundle 5, the other end being joined to the eaves edge of the roof panel 6 is provided above the uppermost story building unit 20. Thus, the bundle 5, the intermediate beam 30 and the roof panel 6 form a truss to thereby reinforce the roof truss of a building 1, so that even if a roof truss panel is omitted, the rigidity of the roof truss can be secured.</p> |
