PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box for cooking that helps cook potatoes, corns, chicken chunks or the like without damaging their original taste and quality when cooking in a microwave oven or the like. SOLUTION: A cooking paper box is made of an absorptive hard paper, both ends of which are opened, in which with a cylindrical box body A having a prescribed length flattened, bending pieces 3, 3a, 3b and 3c are formed by forming both ends semicicularly, cuts 2, 2a, 2b and 2c are provided on both sides of the bending pieces 3, 3a, 3b and 3c, bending lines 4, 4a, 4b and 4c corresponding to the semicircular end lines of the bending pieces are provided in the box body A, and separately from them a packing material C of a UV- intercepting film to pack things to be cooked is provided.
