PURPOSE:To improve the assembling feasibility by strongly connecting double-cut main body housings by a pair of covers respectively inserted into the opening of both ends of these housings. CONSTITUTION:A main body housing is composed of a pair of housings 10a and 10b U-shaped at each end face. A storage battery 13 and circuit parts 14 are fixed to the housing through a base plate 12. A cover 2 inserted to an opening of the one end of the main body housing forms a recess in the center of the surface and a display operating section 4 is formed at the bottom of it. An enclosure 30 to enclose power cords is provided to a cover 3 of the other end to enclose power cords. The coupling of housings 10a with 10b is strengthened by covering with covers 2 and 3 to the outside circumference of a flange 15 projecting to the edge of the opening of the housing. As the cord enclosure 30 is fitted to the cover 3, no cords are in the way any more.
