ROLLER SCREEN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A roller screen and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce inexpensive and accurate roller screen without using of high cost etching equipment or exposing equipment by using one master roller screen which is inexpensively manufactured using the electroforming processing technology. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the roller screen (100) comprises the steps of manufacturing a master roller screen (20) using a base; forming a roller screen (100) by electroforming after dipping the master roller screen (20) into an electroforming bath; and separating the roller screen (100) from the roller screen formed master roller screen, wherein the step of manufacturing a master roller screen (20) comprises the steps of a first step in which the base is supplied to an electrolytic bath; a second step in which a skeleton (15a) is formed by separating metallic ions from the base after electrolyzing the base supplied to the electrolytic bath; a third step in which the base is coated with the release agent (16) so that release agent is completely filled in holes (13a) formed on the base; and a fourth step in which removing the release agent (16) and flattening by grinding on surface of the base so that only top area (15b) of the skeleton (15a) is protruded.
