PURPOSE:To coat granular particles in fixed width and uniform density by providing a vertical baffle plate in a box-type case, spraying a mixture of granular particles and a gas, allowing the mixture to descend along the baffle plate, and coating the particles. CONSTITUTION:With respect to the method for coating granular particles on an electrically conductive or nonconductive material to be coated, the mixture PA of granular particles P and a gas A is sprayed from the nozzle 2N of a granular particle coating gun in the horizontal direction. Consequently, the mixture is collided with the vertical baffle plates 3A and 3B in the box-type case 1 whose bottom surface is opened, and the gas and the granular particles are separated by inertial classification. The granular particles descend along the baffle plates 3A and 3B, and are coated on a material to be coated or a work W to be coated moved by a conveyer 6. The granular particles are easily and effectively coated on the surface of a cloth, etc., in this way. |
