PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily secure a spring locking piece, by providing an extension extending along an elongated hole and integrally incorporated with the spring locking piece and a securing means for securing the extension to a base bed. CONSTITUTION:A die 46 is fitted in an elongated hole 40 in a base bed 20, excepting a part 48f. Plastic in the upper section of the base bed 20 is connected with plastic in the lower section thereof by means of plastic filled in the part 48f. Further the plastic part of the part 48f serves a guide when the spring locking piece 48 slides along the elongated hole 40 after an outsert being formed. A fixing means 50 is screwed into a threaded hole 42 so that its extension 48c is pressed and secured to the base bed 20 by means of a screw locking hole 48d. Further, a spring 18 is hooked on a hook section 48a so that the spring piece 48 is slid in the direction of the arrow, and the screw 50 is fastened at a position where the length of the spring 18 is appropriate.
