PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject fan coil unit capable of being easily installed even in a narrow installation space by reducing thickness of a body. SOLUTION: A heat exchange coil 2 is disposed on an upper portion of a blow-off outlet 4 and a suction inlet 5 in a bottom surface of a machine structure 1. There are formed a left side empty chamber section 6 and a right side empty chamber section 6 communicated and coupled with the suction inlets 5 on both left and right sides of the heat exchange oil 2, and there are disposed fans 3, 3 in the left and right side empty chamber sections 6, 6. There is formed a front side fan air passage 7 for communicating and coupling the left and right side empty chamber sections 6, 6 with a front side of the heat exchange coil 2. There is further formed a back surface side fan air passage for communicating and coupling the back surface side of the heat exchange coil 2 and the blow-off outlet 4. The machine structure 1 is formed into a flat shape in the directions of the front surface and the back surface. |
