PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized piezoelectric actuator for driving a driving object and to control which requires a clock signal, to a controlled system, without separately requiring an oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 10 is vibrated by elongating/contracting a piezoelectric element and functions as an actuator for rotationally driving a rotator (not shown), abutted on the diaphragm 10. Also the diaphragm 10 functions as the vibrator of an oscillation circuit 71 and with a vibration waveform outputted from this oscillation circuit 71 as the clock signal, a waveform shaping circuit 42 controls the controlled system such as a rubber 113. |
