<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rule base system handleable a rule prescribing an action which is taken along time-series condition establishment and to facilitate the management of hierarchical rules. SOLUTION: A rule compiler 31 while reading in rules from a rule text 32 one by one and converting them into a network form merges parts where the rules have a common condition to complete a network and when a rule interpreter 34 receives data through a use interface 35, the data are put in a rule base 33, and a process for interpreting which rule the data match with is carried out and the result of a finally taken action is displayed on a user interface 35.</p> |
