PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mis-landing by improving landing correction even when degaussing by a degaussing coil such as just after the end of the degaussing is insufficient. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a landing correction control circuit 5 that controls a correction current supplied to a landing correction coil 7 conducting the landing correction in response to a current able to be supplied to a degaussing circuit to degauss a cathode ray tube 2. Since the landing correction control circuit 5 has an insufficient degaussing capability when the current able to be supplied to the degaussing circuit 4 is small, the correction current applied to the landing correction coil 7 is increased by the share so as to compensate deficient degaussing by the degaussing circuit 4.
