PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability in a facsimile terminal. SOLUTION: The facsimile terminal 10 includes an MPU 12 which stores one or two or more sets of related information set by an operator by using an operation panel 22 or the like corresponding to communication data such as character data and image data to a memory area 20b of a RAM 20. The MPU 12 moves (exhibits) the related information stored in the memory area 20b to a buffer area 20a in response to the operation of a recall key 36 by the operator. Thus, the operator can transmit the communication data by using the stored related information, or revising or appending the related information. That is, it is not required to set the related information for every communication and it is not required to set again the related information from the beginning.
