PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized phase shifter with which a phase can be continuously changed and a phase change is proportional to a moved distance of a coupling line. SOLUTION: A reflector composed of the movable coupling line having the full length of 1/2 wavelength, with which the length of a portion coupled with a triplate line is 1/4 wavelength and the length of a non-coupled portion is 1/4 wavelength, is connected to a directional coupler or hybrid circuit.
