PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exemplars created on the presumption that they would especially be traced over and a self-learning system which have not been available before, because there have not been the exemplars of an appropriate curriculum when a learner actually wants to learn him-/herself, although it is said that studies of penmanship and painting are firstly started with imitation of the exemplars. SOLUTION: This self-learning system is arranged so that a learner is able to effectively learn him-/herself by displaying the exemplars of the various curricula one after another according to degrees of their difficulty by synchronizing a dedicated desktop plane-setting liquid crystal display device with the self-learning system for penmanship and painting operating on a personal computer, on the presumption that the exemplars are to be traced over. Moreover, it is possible to utilize such functions as analysis of differences from the exemplar and corrections by re-reading the result of the self-learning, and thereby improve the result of the self-learning.
