PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost measuring instrument which meets required accuracy according to measuring items. SOLUTION: The apparatus for indicating a plurality of measuring items with use of needles 111, 121, 131, 141 comprises instrument bodies 114, 124, 134, 144 for driving the needles 111, 121, 131, 141. The instrument bodies 114, 124, 134, 144 are each for driving the needles 111, 121, 131, 141 according to the rotation of a magnet 2. Among the instrument bodies 114, 124, 134, 144, the instrument bodies 114, 124 usable for measuring items requiring high indication accuracies have gear units 13 to be gear reduction mechanisms for gear- reduction-driving the needles 111, 121, and the instrument bodies 134, 144 usable for measuring items not requiring high indication accuracies are to drive the needles 131, 141 at an equal speed to that of the magnet 2, without providing the gear units 13.
