PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a damage of parts by slippage, when a torque over a prescribed value is applied to a power transmission part, by forming a friction coupling part on some spot of the power transmission part from an oscillating weight to a rotor, and to prevent a watch from being thickened and to raise a torque efficiency, by arranging a thick wall part of the oscillating weight so as to be positioned outside of a coil and on roughly the same plane as the coil, and to provide a thin electronic watch with a power-generating device, by arranging a gear train of the power transmission part and a watch gear train not in piles but dispersedly. SOLUTION: A mechanism for transmitting power through a friction coupling part formed on some spot of the power transmission part from an oscillating weight to a rotor, is provided. A display gear train, a transmission gear train, a coil for a watch, a coil for power generation and a circuit board are arranged not in piles substantially but dispersedly.
