摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color surface inspection method capable of acquiring a stable measurement result by avoiding the influence on a color measurement value of deterioration of a lamp and of an individual difference of the lamp. SOLUTION: This color surface inspection method has the following modes. (1) A color surface inspection method for executing white calibration by using a white calibration plate 8 in each color measurement, and for operating deterioration of a lamp 2 based on data of the white calibration plate 8, and for correcting a color measured value of a color surface with a deterioration width. (2) A color surface inspection method for acquiring a white level and a black level at each changing time of the lamp 2, and for obtaining a correction value on each picture element so that the interval between the white level and the black level becomes zero to a prescribed fixed value, and for executing shading correction of input data based on the correction value in each color measurement of the color surfaced. (3) A color surface inspection method for executing automatic inspection of irregular color by determining whether color data in a divided region of the color surface, obtained based on the data in which the lamp deterioration is corrected, is in a prescribed range or not, or whether the difference between the color data and color data in an adjacent region is below a prescribed value or not.
