PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater in which heat exchanging rate of a floor heating heat exchanger is prevented from lowering at the simultaneous operation of room heating and floor heating and the floor heating heat exchanger can be cooled surely at the time of single operation of room heating. SOLUTION: At the single operation of room heating, a damper 100 regulates conduction of exhaust gas to a floor heating heat exchanger 60. The other damper 101 conducts combustion air to an exhaust gas conduction channel and regulates conduction of combustion air to the floor heating heat exchanger 60 side. Consequently, combustion air flowing into the exhaust gas conduction channel 72 stands in the dampers 100, 101 in the exhaust gas conduction channel 72. Since the combustion air is not passed through a burner, temperature thereof is significantly lower than that of the exhaust gas and the exhaust gas conduction channel 12 serves as a heat insulation space between a room heating heat exchanger 20 and the floor heating heat exchanger 60.
