PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel processing processor which actualizes efficient parallel processes. SOLUTION: The parallel processing processor is a parallel processing processor executing one ore more basic instructions included in instruction words delimted with instruction delimiter information in parallel, and equipped with instruction execution parts EU0 and EU1 performing processes corresponding to the supplied basic instructions in parallel, an instruction fetch part 46 taking instruction words one by one according to the instruction delimiter information, and an instruction issue part 72 issuing basic instructions to one corresponding instruction execution part by the basic instructions included in the instruction words taken in by the instruction fetch part 46.
