摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten working time, reduce load on a worker, eliminate errors and enable rapid data processing, when semiconductors of required grade are sorted. SOLUTION: Semiconductor sorting equipment consists of servers 20, 30, in which lot item and throughput of manufactured semiconductor devices production schedule data of semiconductor devices to be manufactured, and information which is used for classifying the semiconductor devices into a plurality of grades on the basis of the throughput are stored, and an operation command terminal 10 which sorts semiconductor devices having throughput of required grade on the basis of the information stored in the servers 20, 30. In the operation command terminal 10 of the equipment, regarding the semiconductor devices having the throughput of required grade, a number of manufactured devices is compared with the product plan data. When the number of manufactured devices is smaller than the product plan number by the product plan data, semiconductor devices having throughput of a grade higher than that of the required grade are sorted as the semiconductor devices of the required grade.</p>
