PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen the interval of time setting, using a timepiece having poor accuracy. SOLUTION: A correction condition for settling below a target error is obtained from a relative error relative to the time inherent in a timepiece, and automatic correction is executed by the correction condition to reduce the error.
