SOLUTION: A wireless communication terminals Pa selected as a master terminals receives battery information consisting of a battery residual capacity, communication available time, and capability of becoming a master terminal from wireless communication terminals Pb, Pc, Pd set as slave terminals in the wireless network, and a terminals acting as a next master terminals is decided on the basis of the information. A master/slave switching is conducted when the battery residual capacity of the master terminals reaches a setting value or below, the wireless communication terminal Pa being the master terminal sends a master/slave switching instruction to a slave terminal going to be the next master terminal to transfer the roll of the master/slave terminals. Thus, concentration of communication to one terminal can be avoided to average the power consumption of each terminal, thereby extending the built-up time of the wireless network.</p>
