PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication data pre-reading device for allowing a user to visually and easily understand the situation information of data pre- reading. SOLUTION: This communication data pre-reading device 12 is arranged at a terminal side in a communication system in which data communication is intermittently generated, and when communication based on a request from the terminal is in a disconnected state, data which are likely to be requested next from the terminal are pre-read from a data providing side by using the spare time. This communication data pre-reading device 12 is provided with a storage part 21 for storing pre-read data and a pre-read data display means 25 for displaying the file display information of each file constituting the pre- read data stored in the storage part and/or the file display information of each file designated as the destination of link in the pre-read data at the terminal by relating them with each other between the files.
