PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of cracks at a soldered part around the root of a pin terminal protruding from the underside of a mounting substrate when a power circuit assembly with a compact power transformer and a variety of electronic parts mounted on the mounting substrate is stored in an insulated case and resin is filled therein. SOLUTION: An assembly 1 including a mounted substrate 2 forming a power circuit is stored in a case 13 with resin 14 filled in it 13. Pin terminals 11, 12 on primary and secondary sides are formed into an L shape, and their straight-line segments 11a, 12a are penetrated through a coil bobbin 6. The mount part of the coil bobbin 6 onto the mounted substrate 2 is brought into contact with the top of the mounting substrate 2 for mounting. An opening 15 is formed at the roughly central part of the mounting substrate 2.
