PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the number of event logs to be preserved without being overwritten from being biased among nodes 6a-6c to be managed due to the scanning of event log storing regions from the leading to the terminal in the order of addresses. SOLUTION: In an event log information storing system in a network management system, event logs can be stored regardless of the upper limit of the number of event logs of each object to be managed until the event logs reach the upper limit of an event log storing region 31, and after the event logs reach the upper limit of the event log storing region 31, the event log storing region 31 can be optimally distributed to each node 6a-6c to be managed so that the number of event logs to be preserved in each object to be managed can be made uniform in the valid range of the event log storing region 31.
