PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize accurate sound image localization similarly to the case with listening to sound from a speaker if an audio signal for stereophonic reproduction is converted into an audio signal for binaural reproduction and the converted signal is listened to with a headphone. SOLUTION: The audio processor is provided with a conversion means 13 that converts an audio signal of n-channels (n is a positive integer being 1 or over) received from at least one sound source into a signal of 2-channel, a couple of correction filter means 14L, 14R that correct a difference in an auditory sense due to a characteristic difference of the headphone receiving the couple of 2-channel signals converted by the conversion means 13, and output sections 17L, 17R that supply a couple of output signals from a couple of the correction filter means 14L, 14R to left right speaker units 18L, 18R of the headphone 18. |
