PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient communication processing system for communicating with only a specific non-contact IC card among plural non-contact IC cards existing in a communication area. SOLUTION: By allowing a non-contact IC card storing response transmission timing information in a nonvolatile memory to respond to a calling signal 205 for acquiring a card ID transmitted from a reader/writer 201, the reader/writer 201 acquires the Ids of plural non-contact IC cards by a response signal. Thus, communication is executed with only a specific non-contact IC card among the plural non-contact IC cards existing in a communication area. |
