PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the misoperation of winding operation. SOLUTION: Many finger putting parts 70 are formed at specified pitches on the peripheral surface of a winding dial 6. A projected part 70a is formed on the left side of the finger putting part 70, so that a finger is easily locked at the time of performing film winding operation. Then, an inclined surface part 70b is formed on the right side of the finger putting part 70, so that the finger easily slides at the time of performing operation in a reverse direction to the winding direction. Thus, film winding is surely performed by the projected part 70a. The misoperation is easily acknowledged because the finger slides at the time of performing the turning operation in the reverse direction to the winding direction by the inclined surface part 70b.
