SOLUTION: An inspection device which is provided with a flexible wiring board 18 made to be connectable to a power source and provided with wiring 20 formed thereon corresponding to each terminal 5, and which is arranged to be directly connected with the terminal 5 corresponding to each wiring 20 of the flexible wiring board 18.
