PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a melody that matches with contents of a text to the text to be sent. SOLUTION: First the text is read from a text information table and displayed (S11). In response to a text selecting operation (S12), character information of the concerned text is read from the table and written in a work area (S13). Then in response to a selecting operation of attaching a melody, the classification of the selected text is referred to (S21), items of a minor division coincident with the division of the text are read from a major division of the melody information table and displayed (S22). In response to an item selecting operation (S23), the concerned melody is reproduced to allow an operator to confirm the contents (S24, S25), the melody information is read and written in a work area to be attached to the character information and the processing transits to transmission processing. |
