PURPOSE:To stop a rotary member while drawing a smooth reduction curve in suspension of spindle, by inserting a brake ring hung from the lower part of a rotary member into an oil tank and controlling rotation by liquid pressure. CONSTITUTION:A rotary member 2 is equipped with a brake ring 21 and the brake ring is braked by liquid pressure to brake oil OL in an oil tank 22. In braking, no shock is produced to form a smooth reduction curve. Since no abrupt change in addition and reduction of friction to traveller is produced, end breakage can be prevented. |
