PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly decrease an assembly man-hour by fixing lenses by one leaf spring. SOLUTION: A leaf spring 42 is provided with width-directional press parts 43 and 44 and height-directional press parts 45 and 46 for a 1st image forming lens 37, width-directional press parts 47 and 48 and height-directional press parts 49 and 50 for a 2nd image forming lens 38, and a height-directional press part 51 for a cylindrical lens 32. For assembly, each of the lenses are placed at specific positions, then the leaf spring 42 is inserted from above along an unillustrated guide shape part provided above an optical box 9 up to an abutting engagement part, and then two places are fixed with machine screws. The fixed leaf spring 42 presses and fixes the 1st image forming lens 37, 2nd image forming lens 38, and cylindrical lens 32 independently by the respective press parts 33 to 40.
