PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection equipment for printed wiring board in which even a printed wiring board having high density electrodes can be measured and inspected surely without leaving any unnecessary matter. SOLUTION: The equipment for inspecting a printed wiring board having high density electrodes easily comprises a contact part 4 having a set of contacts 4b located oppositely to a plurality of electrodes 3 formed on a printed wiring board 2 being inspected, an inspection board 1 arranged with wiring terminals 8 through a wiring part 21 led out from the contact part 4, a part 20 for pressing the contact part 4 against the plurality of electrodes 3 while keeping the printed wiring board 2 in vertical state or a state inclining at a specified angle, and a section 18 for measuring and inspecting the electrical connection state of the printed wiring board 2 connected through a part 19 being connected with the wiring terminals 8 on the inspection board 1.
