PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure positions in spite of swing of mast of a tower crane in the case of placing one three-dimensional position measuring means on a tower crane. SOLUTION: On a tower crane 2 viewing a plurality of columns, a first remote control automatic tracking type three-dimensional position measuring means 4 and a second remote control automatic tracking three-dimensional position measuring means 5 are arranged closely and for measuring the shift from the normal position of the columns, the self position against a bench mark BM is measured with the second three-dimensional position measuring means 5, and simultaneously the column position against the first three- dimensional position measuring means 4 is measured with the first three- dimensional position measuring means 4.
