PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a device for imaging a fruit. SOLUTION: When a piece of fruit 1 in conveyance comes in an imaging position for a first imaging means 8, a fluorescent lamp irradiates the entirety of fruit 1 except for a bottom part. The first imaging means 8 takes the image of an upper part of fruit by direct reflecting light, and takes images of left and right side parts by reflecting lights via left and right reflecting mirrors 9, 9 to take the images of the three sides. In the imaging position, a second imaging means 11 images a right slant rear part of fruit 1 by direct reflecting light, and images a left slant front part of fruit 1 by reflecting light from the left slant front part reflecting mirror 12 to take the images of the two sides. With these processes, the five sides of fruit 1 are imaged. Because a middle reflecting mirror is eliminated and the five sides of fruit 1 are imaged by the direct reflecting light and the reflecting light via a single reflecting mirror, a precise imaged area is obtained and the color and the size of damages on fruit 1 are precisely calculated.
