PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonreversible circuit element, which can be mounted on a hybrid integrated circuit board for millimeter wave and can extremely easily perform mounting and the hybrid integrated circuit board for millimeter wave provided with the same. SOLUTION: A spontaneously magnetized ferrite magnetic substance is coaxially placed on a microstrip TMn10 resonator (n: positive integer) formed by providing a metal disk and three time symmetric branching on a non- magnetic dielectric substrate, with which a ground conductor is provided on the back, and that ferrite magnetic substance is constituted so that the position of an electric field node coincides with one of said branching.
