PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure which requires no wiring by winding or soldering to connect a terminal of a coaxial capacitor and a lead wire and has high reliability. SOLUTION: V-shaped recessed portions 22 are provided in the vicinity of both ends of a terminal 21 of a coaxial capacitor 20. Lead wire connectors 30 provided with projected portions 34 so as to be engaged with the recessed portions 22, respectively, at prescribed portions are attached to ends of lead wires 6, 7. The lead wire connectors 30 of these lead wires 6, 7, having a lead wire connector are installed into end portions of the terminal 21 and the projected portions 34 of the lead wire connectors 30, are engaged to the recessed portions 22 of the terminal 21.
