RESET CONTROLLER AND CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a circuit of simple constitution which resets a CPU if a software program of the CPU runs away. SOLUTION: The frequency of a call signal on a telephone line is not counted when the software program on the CPU operates normally and counted only when the software program runs away and when the count value reaches a certain value, the CPU is reset.
