PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the voice recognition rate by reducing the consumption of the storage area of a dictation device. SOLUTION: A recognition component 21 receives only a navigation for editing or dictation inputted in voice from an input device in dictation mode and also receives only a navigation for correction inputted in voice from the input device in correction mode. A document editing component 22 performs a process corresponding to the kind of the navigation for editing when the voice input is the navigation for editing, and then stores the result in a document storage part 32 and also outputs it to an output device 4. A document correcting component 23 outputs the character string of the dictation to the document storage part 32, voice information to a voice storage part 33, and the character string to the output device when the voice input is the dictation, and performs a process corresponding to the kind of the navigation for correction when the navigation for correction is received. |
