PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condominium with a self-generation device for supplying power to shared electrical facilities. SOLUTION: A solar light-generating device (self-generation device) 2 and a lead rechargeable battery (rechargeable battery) 3 are connected in parallel, and are connected to outdoor lighting devices 4, 4,... via a DC/AC converter 51 of an inverter device 5. Also, the solar light-generating device 2 is connected to a power-selling device 6 via an inverse-flow prevention diode 53 and a DC/AC converter 52. |
