The process includes an isothermal reactor (8), heated by boilers (15). The waste is placed within under a vacuum which is maintained by a venturi device, driven by a vacuum pump (17). The waste undergoes a drying cycle with temperatures of 100 to 200 deg C, during the cycle the vacuum is stopped for 20 minutes and a compressor (30) submits the waste to a pressure of three bars, so that the temperature is maintained at 133 deg C. The vapor extracts from the waste are returned to the boiler to preserve heat.
