PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely correct a defect of disconnection when a scanning line and a signal line are disconnected. SOLUTION: This method uses auxiliary wiring as a detour circuit by irradiating intersections (points A, B) of the auxiliary wiring and disconnected defective wiring with a laser beam for short-circuiting them, and electrostatic protective elements 10 are placed at the intersection parts of the auxiliary wiring and the wiring, and also the auxiliary wiring are configured so as to be connected with COM terminals 13 to be connected to counter electrodes, and to be disconnected and separated from the state in which the auxiliary wiring are fixed to a common potential.
