METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR IMPROVING SENSITIVITY OF SPIN BULB MAGNETIC RESISTANCE SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a spin bulb reading sensor having higher sensitivity to data stored in a magnetic recording medium and to provide a method and a system for providing a double spin bulb which has larger resistance change to a magnetic field and is used for reading data of the magnetic recording medium. SOLUTION: A stage for providing a first layer to be fixed is included in this method and system. The first layer to be fixed has first magnetization. Further the method and the system include a stage at which a CoFe free layer is provided and a stage at which a first nonmagnetic spacer layer is provided. The first nonmagnetic spacer layer is located between the first layer to be fixed and the CoFe free layer. Further the method and the system include a stage at which a second layer to be fixed and a second nonmagnetic spacer layer are provided. The second layer to be fixed has second magnetization. The second nonmagnetic spacer layer is located between the CoFe free layer and the second layer to be fixed.
