PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically match the output of an A/D converter. SOLUTION: A state machine 30 which detects the outputs of 1st and 2nd A/D converters 54 and 56 and calculates a correction rate according to the outputs, is provided. Furthermore, a mechanism which adjusts the output of the 2nd A/D converter 56 in response to the correction rate, is included.
