PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate type cell which can prevent distortion such a phase distortion of electric signal due to the plate cell, in the electronic apparatus using plate type cell. SOLUTION: The plate type cell 1 comprises generation factor, an outer cover member 13 for retaining the generation factor, electrode terminals 2a, 2b extended from the inner part of the outer cover member 13 to the outer part thereof, and a temperature detection member 3 mounted near the electrode terminals 2b in the end of the outer cover member 13.
