PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent nonconformity in discharge between a coil surface and an iron core by preventing pressure which presses an upper coil and a lower coil to the iron core from being lost, and preventing the surfaces of the upper and lower coils from not becoming continuous electrically with the iron core, even if the insulating layers of the upper and lower coils are seasoned or get to fit well due to aging changes. SOLUTION: A semiconductive spacer 4A, 6A or 5A is arranged at a position which is in the depth direction of a slot 3a and touching an upper coil 1 or lower coil 2, or in the interval of the upper coil or lower coil, and this semiconductive spacer is kept always in touch with the wall surface of the slot 3a of the iron core 3 by some pressure, and electrical continuity between each coil surface and the iron core is surely kept, even if the insulating layers of the coils 1, 2 are seasoned due to aging changes.
